Σάρκα και οστά της μακρινής πατρίδας – Η ιστορία της Ελληνικής Ορθόδοξης Κοινότητας Μελβούρνης και Βικτώριας από την ιδρυσή της μέχρι το 1972

Paperback

The Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria is the oldest institutional representative of a Greek community in Australia and in the diaspora. This book follows its historical course as it emerged from the late nineteenth century until the 1970s. The research for this book is based on primary sources – the Minutes and Archives of the Greek Community of Melbourne and Victoria, the National Archives of Australia, the Dardalis Archives of the Hellenic Diaspora at Latrobe University, and Greek and English language newspapers of the time in Australia – which have been combined and related to the relevant English and Greek-language bibliography.
